TERMS OF USE AND AGREEMENT - ONLINE THEORY COURSE
1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing any online theory course offered by UNISERV Autoescola, the student declares that they have read, understood and fully agree with the terms described in this agreement.
2. Purpose of the course
The exclusive purpose of the course is to prepare students in theory, using video lessons, digital materials, simulations and other educational content. This course does not include practical lessons, face-to-face training, driving tests or any type of practical activity related to driving a vehicle.
3. Personal and non-transferable use
Access to the course is personal and non-transferable, and it is forbidden to share your login, password or any other form of access with third parties.
4. Copyright and intellectual property
All the content made available in the course, including videos, texts, images, audios, handouts, simulations and supplementary materials, is protected by copyright and is the exclusive intellectual property of UNISERV Autoescola.
5. No copying, reproduction or dissemination
It is expressly forbidden to copy, reproduce, record, download, share, sell, distribute or disseminate, in whole or in part, any course material, by any means, physical or digital, without prior written authorization from UNISERV. Failure to comply with this clause may result in the immediate cancellation of access to the course, without the right to a refund, in addition to the adoption of the appropriate legal measures, in accordance with current legislation.
6. Access to content
Access to the content will be released after payment has been confirmed and may have a specific deadline, as stated on the course sales page. UNISERV reserves the right to make updates, improvements or adjustments to the content whenever necessary.
7. Student responsibilities
It is the student's responsibility to have access to the internet and compatible equipment to use the platform, as well as to use the course ethically and in accordance with these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
UNISERV does not guarantee a pass in official exams, since the student's performance depends on individual factors such as dedication, study and understanding of the theoretical content.
9. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time and it is the student's responsibility to consult them periodically.
10. Applicable legislation
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan, which shall have jurisdiction to settle any doubts or conflicts arising from this term.
