Submit a photo of your valid driver’s license—removed from its plastic sleeve, unfolded, and placed on a flat surface, preferably on a sheet of white bond paper—and try to make the photo as clear as possible! We will not accept blurry or out-of-focus photos, photos with shadows over the driver’s license, or photos of a folded driver’s license. We do not accept PDF or scanned files—only photos of the physical driver’s license.

You must apply at the traffic department in your region or state. In some areas, you can apply online.
