The total cost of the consulting services is ¥45,000, and can be paid in 3 installments, depending on the progress of the process:
What's included in our package?
- Interview Coaching (First Time)
- Assistance with the written test (first time)
- Guidance for the practical exam (first time)
- Unlimited theory classes until you pass
- In-person lectures at Uniserv and online via the platform
- Transportation is provided on the day of the interview, for the first written test, and for the first practical test. Students living in the Toyohashi and Toyokawa areas may use the transportation service according to the school’s itinerary. For those living in other cities in Aichi Prefecture, the meeting point will be at one of the following stations: JR Toyohashi, Toyokawa Inari, or Suwachō.

- JAF Translation: ¥7,300
- Eye exam: ¥2,500
- Practical class registration fee: ¥5,000
- Practical classes: ¥11,100 per 50-minute class, with Uniserv support included
- Practical exam + driver's license issuance (first time): ¥3,150

- Paper driver's license, valid
- Driver's License Record/Certificate
- Passports (past and present)
- Juminhyo - Individual Certificate of Residence, showing: Nationality, Zairyu Card number, all visa information (type, duration, and validity), WITHOUT the My Number.
- Original Zairyu Card
- 2 photos, 3x2.4 or 3x2.5
- Birth/marriage/divorce certificate (if the name on your driver's license or passport is different)
- Certificate of Migration History, requested through the GOV BR app
- Documents proving your stay in Brazil (work permit, vaccination card, bills in your name, receipts for purchases and courses, etc.)
- A document that has your name written in katakana, such as a pay stub, insurance card, etc.

FAQ: Driver's License Transfer
Unfortunately, we do not provide assistance to people living in other prefectures. The Toyokawa Menkyo Center serves only residents of Aichi Prefecture, and procedures vary by prefecture.
Yes. You must prove that you have been in Brazil for at least 90 days after your first license was issued.
No. Only valid licenses are accepted. We recommend renewing your driver's license in Brazil before starting the process.
No. The physical (paper) CNH must be presented.
The process takes, on average, at least 2 months, though this may vary depending on the Menkyo Center's schedule, the required exams, and the number of attempts.
